Teams consisting of 3 chefs must prepare and cook 2 portions of 3 different dishes within 90 minutes. All materials to be used in the competition will be given to the contestants by the competition committee, and no information or materials will be given to the contestants until the competition starts. It is strictly forbidden to use materials other than the given materials. The team captain will wait 20 minutes after the competition starts. They must write the menu in English and Turkish and give it to the jury captain along with the kitchen number. Teams can use their own portable hand tools. The teams will evaluate the efficient use of ingredients, menu balance, originality and taste within the criteria of culinary skills. Optionally, teams can have a steward without wearing a chef uniform.
