SPT.6 Şefler yöresel yemek yarışma Kategorisi (yalnız Türk şefler katılabilir)

ŞEFLER: Yöresel yemekler

Yarışmacı istediği herhangi bir yöreye ait olan yemekten 2 porsiyon hazırlayıp,pişirmek,sunmak için 40 dk süre verilecektir Reçeteye hangi yöreye ait olduğu İngilizce ve Türkçe olarak yazılacak özel kaplar ve el aletlerini yarışmacı kendi temin etmek şartıyla kullanabilir yarışmacı kendi ekipmanlarından sorumludur yarışma komitesini bağlamaz.                                 

CHEFS: Local dishes 

The contestant will be given 40 minutes to prepare, cook and present 2 portions of any dish from any region he/she wishes. The contestant can use special containers and hand tools, the recipe for which region belongs to be written in English and Turkish, provided that the contestant provides it himself. The contestant is responsible for his own equipment does  not bind the competition committee.
