CHEFS: Far east assia

For this competition, the contestants will be given 30 minutes and will prepare 2 portions of an Asian cuisine dish of their choice. The menu and preparation technique will be written in Turkish and English, and the competition committee can use the recipe after the competition. This competition is open to all contestants. The ingredients will be provided by the contestant.
