SP.9 Pratic Student best University team competition category
Teams consisting of 3 chefs must prepare and cook 2 portions of 3 different dishes in 70 minutes. Competition groups will provide the ingredients themselves, the team captain must write the menu in English and Turkish and give it to the jury captain along with the station number. Teams can use their own hand tools, optionally they can have a steward without wearing a chef uniform.
