JP.11-Chef level Gold Chef of the Year
CHEFS: Gold chef of the year ONLY TURKISH CHEFS CAN PARTICIPATE:
They will be given 70 minutes to prepare, cook and present 2 portions of 3-course meals. The ingredients will be brought by the contestants. The contestants are responsible for their own ingredients and equipment. They will write the menu in English and Turkish and give it to the Jury captain along with the kitchen number. Starting in the first 20 to 30 minutes. The main course will be served between 40 and 50 minutes, and the dessert will be served between 50 and 70 minutes. The contestant may use his or her own hand tools. The jury will evaluate the menu in terms of balance, originality, talent and taste.
